As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Compliance Administrator to join our Glasgow-based operations team and ensure all installations meet regulatory and internal standards.
The Role
As a Compliance Administrator, you'll be a key part of our operations team, ensuring that all compliance documentation is accurate, complete, and filed correctly. You'll also support general administrative and customer service functions to help our projects run smoothly and efficiently.
This is an office-based role with the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing renewable energy company making a real difference in Scotland's energy future.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, verify, and file onboarding documentation for new engineers (e.g. scaffolders, roofers, electricians).
Submit notifications to Distribution Network Operators (DNOs) for upcoming solar installations and lodge completion notices post-installation.
Organise and maintain completion records in our CRM/job management system.
Prepare and submit compliance paperwork, including:
Building control notifications
MCS certificates
Product and insurance-backed warranties
Enter installation data into internal systems.
Support customer service and general administrative tasks as needed.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Essential:
Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail.
Confident using CRM platforms and job management software.
Skilled in administration and data entry.
Able to work independently and collaboratively.
Professional, reliable, and proactive.
Desirable:
Experience in the solar or renewable energy sector.
Familiarity with MCS standards, DNO processes, and building control compliance.
