Providing administrative support to our Compliance team, around our ISO certifications.
This is a full-time permanent position working 38 hours per week, 0700 - 1600 Monday to Thursday 0700 - 1100 Friday.
Salary is starting from 24,897 per annum, dependent on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivery:
Carry out all health and safety and quality related administration, including maintenance of calibration logs
Organise health and safety training sessions to be delivered, with the opportunity to be trained in delivering training
Create and receipt purchase orders
Create and update health and safety records
Manage incoming accident and near miss reports
File and input relevant information into the safety system
Ensure sufficient first aid stock is in place
Issue monthly internal audit paperwork to the audit team
Assist with ISO document control administration
About You:
Be an experienced administrator, confident in Microsoft packages
Have undergone or be willing to study IOSH Managing Safely
Strong communicator, written and verbal
Have strong interpersonal skills with people at all levels
Be able to plan and prioritise your own workload and deal with conflicting deadlines
Be proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude
