Hours: 36.25 hours per week


Contract: 12 Month Fixed Term

At Progress Housing Group, we're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Administrator to join our dedicated property compliance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to support vital fire safety and compliance operations while gaining valuable experience in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.




In this essential role, you'll provide administrative support across all areas of property compliance, ensuring accurate data management, supporting contract administration, and helping the team meet legal and regulatory requirements.

: The internal job title for this role is Compliance Support Assistant. This reflects its alignment with our property compliance team and internal structure, though the responsibilities are primarily administrative.

About the Role






As a Compliance Administrator, you'll work closely with the fire safety compliance team to ensure our systems and records are accurate, up-to-date, and audit-ready. You'll be responsible for:




Supporting data entry and maintenance in our property compliance software (C365) Assisting with contract administration and responding to enquiries from staff, customers, and contractors Processing invoices and ensuring completion data is accurately recorded Preparing reports, minutes, and documentation to meet deadlines Managing incoming mail and enquiries, allocating tasks appropriately Carrying out general clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and booking meetings Collaborating with the wider compliance team to improve workflows and reporting



This role is based at our Leyland office with hybrid working options available.

Organised and detail-focused, with strong administrative skills A confident communicator with a professional and customer-focused approach Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other software packages Eager to learn and contribute to a high-performing team
