To develop a strong understanding of industry regulations and provide administrative support by maintaining accurate records and communicating with the wider team to confirm key information regarding the status of new and existing products. Working closely with the design team to ensure product compliance in various international markets and action any changes required.

Reports to

: Project Manager.

Main duties:



Have an ability to keep abreast of current and future industry regulations. Work with external regulatory bodies and accreditors to get IVG products registered overseas. Create CLP documentation and maintain spreadsheets of crucial product information. Work closely with Product Management team to align critical paths so that launches can be expedited. Work with R&D team to ensure that all products comply with the rules and regulations of the destination countries. Work closely with designers to align all packaging with full legal compliance. Create compliance documents that consider different territories' regulations for worldwide launches. Creating and maintaining records. Liaise with Sales and Marketing to co-ordinate product launches. Arranging testing of new products to ensure they meet FMCG market standards. Updating and maintaining SOPs for the department. Meeting international customer to understand their requirements and reflect it on the products.

About you:



1-3 yrs experience within a detail driven administrative role . Vaping or compliance background beneficial but not required. Proofreading experience beneficial but not required. Comfortable working under pressure with ever-changing priorities day by day. Ability to interpret UK/EU regulation/legislation such as TPD, TRPR and CLP. Understanding of SDS ( safety data sheets). Exceptional attention to detail. Excellent communicator, organized, methodical, pragmatic . Proactive in solving potential issues. Positive attitude and can-do initiative.
