Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented

Compliance Housing Officer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our organization meets all regulatory requirements and adheres to internal policies, particularly in areas related to housing standards, tenant relations, and property management.

Key Responsibilities:



Monitor compliance with housing regulations and company policies, including conducting inspections and reviewing documentation. Collaborate with departments to ensure regulatory standards are met in areas such as tenant safety, maintenance, and lease agreements. Report and document findings, providing recommendations for any necessary corrective actions. Stay informed of updates in housing legislation and best practices, adjusting internal processes as required. Serve as a point of contact for tenant compliance issues, addressing concerns efficiently and professionally.

Qualifications:



Background in housing, compliance, property management, or a related field. Strong knowledge of housing laws, regulations, and best practices. Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Maintain comprehensive documentation of compliance activities and findings.

Qualifications



Proven experience in a compliance role. (HOUSING) Strong understanding of regulatory reporting requirements and compliance management frameworks. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail. Ability to conduct thorough internal audits effectively. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Relevant qualifications in housing or a related field would be advantageous. A proactive approach to problem-solving and risk management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 24,700.00-26,000.00 per year
