Lead on all aspects of CQC compliance and readiness for inspections. Maintain up-to-date policies and procedures covering safeguarding, infection prevention and control, information governance and health and safety. Oversee the risk register, incident reporting, and complaints management processes. Coordinate staff training in compliance-related areas. Liaise with regulators, NHS bodies, and external agencies as required. Support the partners and management team in embedding best practice and a culture of continuous improvement. Conduct internal audits and prepare reports for review by the leadership team. Ensure compliance documentation and evidence are maintained to a high standard.
The post requires as a minimum, the following skills:

Strong knowledge of CQC standards, GDPR, and NHS compliance requirements. Proven experience in a healthcare clinical governance, or quality assurance role. Excellent organisational and communication skills. The ability to work independently and influence change across the team. A proactive, analytical, and solution-focused approach. Previous experience in primary care or a GP practice setting is preferable but not essential.

Pay: 24.45-27.98 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 21 per week
