We are looking for a proactive and compassionate Compliance Manager to support our Head of Care Operations/Registered Manager and help ensure every client receives exceptional, person-centred care delivered with dignity and respect.
In this key role, you will lead our Compliance Team, oversee the full client journey, and maintain the highest standards of care quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with clients, families, and health and social care professionals, always representing our service with professionalism and empathy.
Key Responsibilities
Client Care & Quality
Complete and oversee client assessments, care plans and risk assessments prior to care starting.
Ensure all required documents are prepared before commencement of care.
Carry out and delegate quality assurance visits and follow-up checks.
Maintain and update client tasks and QA reviews.
Process medication updates and ensure timely responses to calls and concerns.
Compliance & Governance
Lead daily notes and medication audit processes.
Hold regular team huddles to maintain communication and standards.
Act promptly on concerns, incidents, accidents, and near misses, completing investigations and ensuring full evidence is recorded.
Manage complaints in line with policy and escalate appropriately.
Contribute to monthly quality reporting and continuous improvement.

Experience working in a Domiciliary care environment is essential, including driving due to the requirements of the role and the location of our services.
