We are seeking a Compliance Manager to join our Bermuda, Jersey or Southampton office.
The role supports the Head of Risk & Compliance in ensuring AML/CFT compliance during client take-on and across broader regulatory activities.
Key responsibilities include:
Advising on onboarding and regulatory compliance Supporting Bermuda partners and onboarding team Monitoring legislative changes and updating procedures Managing compliance issues and escalation of high-risk matters Supporting audits, regulatory submissions, and project work
The ideal candidate will have:
5+ years' experience in compliance Strong AML/CFT knowledge Stakeholder management skills A relevant qualification (e.g. CAMS, ICA).
Experience in legal or financial services and systems like Intapp/ViewPoint is desirable.
Core skills requiredAbility to speak and understand English CV Required References
