We are seeking an experienced
Compliance Manager
to work on-site atHMP Norwich
as part of a major project delivered by VINCI. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all site activities are carried out safely, in line with industry regulations, project procedures, and statutory requirements.Key Responsibilities
Oversee on-site compliance to ensure all personnel are working safely and adhering to required safety standards Conduct regular audits, inspections, and compliance checks Keep all project safety documentation up to date, including CPP (Construction Phase Plan) and other site records Support the project team in maintaining a safe working environment Report non-conformances and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly Liaise with site management, contractors, and stakeholders to promote best practice
Requirements
Proven experience in a Compliance Manager, H&S Manager, or similar role within construction Strong understanding of construction safety standards and compliance procedures Experience working on major projects
