We're now looking for a
Compliance Manager
who shares those values. Someone who sees compliance not as a tick-box exercise, but as a way to build trust, protect customers, and shape a sustainable business.
You'll lead a team of four experienced compliance professionals and play a key role in guiding how we grow responsibly.
What you'll do
Lead, mentor and develop a
team of four
compliance staff -- supporting their growth while maintaining high standards.
Oversee all compliance activity and complaints handling across
FCA
and
GDPR
requirements.
Provide clear, pragmatic compliance advice to teams across the business.
Review marketing and client communications for regulatory accuracy.
Act as the key contact for the
FCA
,
ICO
, and other regulators.
What you'll bring
Strong working knowledge of
FCA rules
,
GDPR
, and compliance best practice.
Prior experience working with
FCA
and
Financial Ombudsman
.
Solid experience in compliance and
complaints handling
within a
UK-regulated insurance or financial services firm
.
Experience
leading or mentoring
compliance staff.
Excellent
communication skills
and a
collaborative mindset
.
(Bonus) Experience within
health or private medical insurance (PMI)
.
