Compliance Manager
Job Description
The Compliance Manager will be responsible for overseeing regulatory compliance across the business and ensuring adherence to UK laws and industry standards. Key duties include:
oEnsuring AML compliance, including KYC, CDD, and internal controls for financial crime prevention.
oReviewing and managing commercial contracts to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
oImplementing and maintaining systems to identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks.
oDelivering internal compliance training and preparing supporting policies and procedures.
oConducting compliance audits and preparing reports for senior management.
oWorking with internal teams (Legal, Operations, Finance) to ensure compliance is embedded in business processes.
oMonitoring other UK regulatory requirements and advising management on necessary changes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 38,500.00-39,000.00 per year
