We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and people-focused

Compliance Manager

to join our team. In this role, you'll partner closely with the Operations Manager to oversee compliance across cleaning, logistics, and customs operations for a large laboratory site. Your mission: ensure adherence to client standards, legal requirements, and best practices in health and safety.

As a Compliance Manager,

you'll:




Lead compliance audits and site inspections to maintain health, safety, and operational excellence. Train and support supervisors on Health & Safety and logistical processes, ensuring knowledge is cascaded effectively across all site staff. Develop and implement internal health and safety policies aligned with current legislation. Advise teams on risk assessments and ensure robust risk controls are in place and regularly updated. Collaborate with managers and site teams to embed a strong compliance culture.

As a Compliance Manager,

you'll have:




Proven experience in compliance or health and safety--ideally within facilities management or the public sector. Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to plan ahead, work under pressure, and influence at senior levels. Working knowledge of Health & Safety systems within the logistics industry. A methodical, multi-tasking approach and resilience under pressure. A satisfactory Enhanced DBS Disclosure.
