Job Description

We are a growing transport consultancy seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, supporting our compliance systems, and conducting customer visits to ensure that transport operations meet all legal and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and manage compliance records and documentation. Conduct site visits to customer premises to review compliance practices. Support the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures. Liaise with customers and regulatory bodies as required. Assist with audits, reports, and investigations.

About You:

Background in transport operations or compliance (essential). Ideally hold a Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) in Road Haulage or Passenger Transport. Strong attention to detail and good communication skills. Comfortable working independently and managing your own workload. Full driving licence and willingness to travel to customer sites. Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends.
