Compliance Officer

Due to the companies continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Compliance Officer to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to kick start your career in insolvency, or build on your existing industry experience.

Industry experience isn't necessary, but is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

Complete call assessments of various stages of the customer journey

Provide constructive feedback to advisors about their calls & cases, identifying areas of improvement and providing practical solutions

Reporting back to senior management regarding any compliance/performance related issues

Identify trends and training requirements and work with senior management to implement this

Keeping up to date with industry developments

About you:

An excellent communicator with great attention to detail

Experience and understanding of IVA's (Individual Voluntary Arrangements) is desirable but not essential.

Experience of quality assurance either through call monitoring or process monitoring

Able to manage your time effectively and prioritise tasks

Flexible and adaptable
