Compliance Officer - Gambling

Location

: UK, Hybrid - attendance to company events/office is required.

Working pattern

: Any 5 from 7 days between 8am and 8pm on a shift basis

Key Responsibilities

Play a central role in identifying potential risks and markers of harm, reviewing affordability and making risk-based decisions to act when you see evidence of harm Ability to apply player protection policies and procedures to make a reliable judgement about how, why, and when to interact by telephone, and to document this accurately Review KYC documentation and ensure that enhanced due diligence (EDD) and source of funds (SOF) checks are performed when required

Essential Requirements

Previous experience in a compliance, audit, or regulatory support role, preferably within gambling or a regulated industry Working knowledge of the UK Gambling Commission's requirements and the Gambling Act 2005. Understanding of AML, KYC, and safer gambling principles Excellent attention to detail, organisational, and communication skills

Pay: 35,000.00-40,000.00 per year
