We're seeking a

Compliance Officer

to strengthen our expanding team and help ensure our business continues to grow responsibly and ethically.

Key Responsibilities

Support the delivery and monitoring of compliance frameworks and policies (FCA, ICO/GDPR, and other regulations). Conduct reviews and audits of internal processes and client communications. Assist with complaints, FCA/FOS cases, and regulatory responses. Maintain accurate compliance records and reports. Provide day-to-day compliance advice and promote best practice. Identify risks and opportunities to enhance compliance processes.

What You'll Bring

Sound knowledge of FCA, GDPR, and UK financial services regulations. Experience in insurance, private medical insurance (PMI), or financial services (advantageous). Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Background in complaints handling or monitoring (preferred). Excellent communicator with a proactive, collaborative mindset. Experience in PMI or health-related products (advantageous).
