Are you looking for a new teaching position supporting SEN students? Then this may be the perfect role for you! A secondary SEN school are seeking an experienced Computer Science Teacher to join their team. This will be a full time position on a long-term basis starting September 2023 till July 2024. There will be an opportunity to go permanent upon review. The position will be paid to scale (M1 - M6).

The role will require you to lead your own class of up to 10 students with Autism. The students are high functioning and communicative however, their learning ability is below their expected age. You will be responsible for planning and delivering high quality lessons independently, catering to the needs of individual students. Full support will be provided by senior members when needed.

Located in Kennington, Lambeth, the school is an ambitious, forward thinking specialist school for students with Autism. They provide a calm and nurturing environment with small class sizes to provide the best care and learning for students.

• Hold previous experience working within SEN
• Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
• CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
