We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to manage our busy computer repair shop. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients while also promoting and selling our products. ```Responsibilities```

- Repair and Maintenance of Computer Hardware such as Laptops, Desktops, Tablets & Mobile Phones

- Management of the IT Workshop

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Process sales and purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of products
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge

```Requirements```
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus
- Proven experience in IT Support and customer service roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient knowledge in IT Support and Repair of computer hardware
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to 32,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
