They are passionate about creating meaningful experiences for their residents and team members, and are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join their award-winning team as a Concierge at Hanford Court Care Home in Stoke on Trent.
Main duties of the job
As a Concierge, your focus will be to create a positive and long-lasting first impression of Avery by answering incoming calls, greeting visitors, and providing high-quality service to residents. Other responsibilities include monitoring the Bistro area, handling resident requests and queries, and completing administrative duties as required. You will need to possess effective written and verbal communication skills, be able to handle multiple priorities, and have good organizational skills. Previous experience in a customer service position is preferable.
