Grange Quarry Ltd are looking to recruit a full-time Concrete Dispatcher to join our busy team. The successful candidate will be responsible for: -
Receiving and processing orders from customers which will include answering questions in relation to the orders. A good customer service with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail is essential for this post. You must also be able to resolve issues and adhere to company policies.
You must ensure that electronic tickets are reconciled daily using software with full training provided.
You will be responsible for scheduling and dispatching Concrete over three sites.
Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills are a must along with ability to liaise with customers in a professional manner.
Liaise with Concrete Batchers daily to ensure handovers are completed.
As all systems are computerised IT skills are essential. Although full training will be given the successful candidate should have the ability to learn multiple systems in an environment where things are fast changing.
Good time management, being a strategic thinker, along with excellent organisational skills with a demonstrated ability to re-prioritise quickly are essential.
Monday - Friday 7.00am - 5.30pm.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Starting Salary of 33,000.00 per year. This will be reviewed quarterly.
