What We're Looking For:

Experienced Hand: You'll have a proven track record in confectionery, ideally in a busy bakery or similar food production environment.
Creative Flair: We love innovation! Bring your ideas for new and exciting sweet creations to the table.
Precision & Consistency: You'll be able to follow recipes accurately and maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
Passion for Pastry: A genuine love for baking and creating beautiful, delicious confectionery is a must.
Team Player: You'll thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and work well with our existing team of bakers.
Hygiene Savvy: A strong understanding and adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations.
Your Role Will Include:

Preparing and baking a wide range of confectionery items, including cakes, pastries, tarts, cookies, and more.
Decorating and finishing products to The Bread Guys' high aesthetic standards.
Managing stock and ordering ingredients as needed.
Maintaining a clean and organised workstation.
Contributing to new product development and seasonal offerings.
