Key Responsibilities
As the Conference and Events Coordinator you will deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism, product knowledge, and a proactive attitude to exceed client expectations.
Conduct client show rounds, tastings, and meetings to build strong relationships and ensure a clear understanding of requirements.
Coordinate and manage all aspects of the planning process within the contracted period for commercial bookings and internal events.
Ensure all events are paid as per company's terms and conditions.
Handle any unexpected issues or emergencies that may arise during the planning process.
Manage confirmed bookings and co-ordinate information in order to hand over to the operational team and other stakeholders.
Provide a high level of customer care, ensuring all enquiries are dealt with efficiently and effectively in line with the company guidelines and policies.
Stay informed on industry trends and apply relevant insights to enhance the customer experience and promote the company's image.
Be flexible and dedicated to all types of sales enquiries.
Actively support team members and participate in internal meetings to foster collaboration and professional development.
Participate in sales promotions and applicable familiarisation trips.
Undertake such other duties appropriate to the level and character of work as may reasonably be required.
