Warrington Wolves in partnership with Heathcote&Co have an exciting opportunity for a Conference & Event Coordinator to join our fast-developing team at Halliwell Jones Stadium.
Our event calendar has seen extensive growth recently with both internal and external events and we need an enthusiastic coordinator to help bring these events to life.
Skills needed:
Hospitality experience
Strong eye for detail
Exceptional organisational skills
Proven customer service experience in exceeding expectations, over the phone, remote communications as well as onsite visits
Knowledge of online booking systems and Microsoft Office
Duties will include:
Site visits and show rounds
Telephone and email communications with client
Gathering and distributing data. Production of event detail sheets for the operations team
Working with our Group Sales & Marketing Manager to support our networking and social media presence
Creating and sending invoices to clients
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
