We're seeking a Conference Producer to take full ownership of a portfolio of high-profile international conferences. This role is a unique opportunity to not only produce outstanding event experiences but to develop, shape, and innovate our event products from the ground up. You will lead the end-to-end development of 4+ global conferences each year, with additional opportunities to collaborate with the Managing Director on our broader event strategy. You'll be empowered to identify emerging trends, test new event formats and geographies, and build relationships with senior executives, thought leaders, and industry pioneers.

As part of UNWIRED Ventures, you'll be joining a dynamic, fast-paced, and future-focused team producing WORKTECH Events in over 40 global cities. We are the market leader in conferences exploring the intersection of workplace design, technology, and culture, attracting 4,000+ senior decision-makers from Fortune 500 companies annually. What You'll be Doing



Own and develop a portfolio of international conference products--from initial concept to full-scale delivery Lead on content strategy, research, and agenda development to deliver compelling, relevant, and forward-looking programmes Identify and recruit world-class speakers and thought leaders from major global organisations Design commercially viable events, assessing new topics, regions, and formats with full ownership of your product vision Drive sponsorship and revenue opportunities through effective collaboration and account management; and selling sponsorship for your events to ensure they hit business targets Oversee marketing strategy and deliver on delegate acquisition goals Run events on site, coordinating logistics, team resources, and ensuring a world-class delegate experience Act as an ambassador for WORKTECH, building high-level industry relationships and contributing to our global thought leadership

What We Are Looking For



A driven, creative thinker with a background in events, sponsorship, or B2B media Commercially minded with proven sales experience and a passion for content, trends, and building meaningful experiences Strong project management and communication skills A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a desire for ownership and autonomy An interest in workplace innovation, future of work, or urban and technological trends

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in a related field 4+ years industry experience 4+ years events sponsorship sales experience High level Microsoft Office essential WordPress and Salesforce skills desirable

Benefits Include



Salary package: OTE target of approximately 55k with a base of 40k - 45k per annum (based on experience and sector expertise) 32 days holiday per annum (incl. Bank Holidays) rising to 37 linked to length of service Southwest London location Hybrid working; typically working 2 days in our office Workation policy Company share options International travel
