The Foresight Event is the UK's annual clean-tech conference + exhibition
--a two-day show that unites leaders across hydrogen, CCUS, nuclear, offshore energy, data centre power, and clean transport to tackle grid modernisation, industrial decarbonisation and financing net zero. It's where cross-sector ideas turn into partnerships, projects and deals.
We're hiring an
experienced Conference Producer
to take full ownership of research, agenda development and speaker management across the annual show and our year-round webinar series--while collaborating on partnership marketing and social to grow our reach and impact.
What you'll do
Own the research:
Map sectors, sub-sectors and stakeholders; identify the hottest projects, policy shifts and investment signals; validate market demand through targeted calls.
Develop agendas that cut through:
Translate research into a sharp, commercially relevant programme with defined value propositions; craft session titles, formats and talk briefs.
Lead structured pre-event calls to align objectives, refine content, and orchestrate narrative flow across panels and presentations.
Speaker management & communications:
Own comms from confirmation to showtime--bios, assets, briefing packs, session run-of-show, tech checks and on-the-day support.
Produce webinars end-to-end:
From topic validation and speaker line-up to dry runs, live moderation and post-event follow-ups (clips, transcripts, surveys).
Partnership marketing:
Shape and deliver contra-agreements with associations and media; co-create content, newsletters and social posts that drive qualified delegates.
Social media collaboration:
Package speaker quotes, session clips and data points into snackable content; schedule posts; track performance and optimise.
Data & performance:
Maintain clean pipelines and tracking; report on research calls, speaker confirmations, partner reach, registrations and show rates.
