Overview

To deliver the companies Conflict Training program to for our current contract situated in the South East of England. Please only reply if you live in that area.

Duties

work as a freelance trainer as required by the company delivering a number of different Conflict Management courses, using both theory and physical training sessions

Qualifications

Proven experience in conflict management and Physical skills is essential

Teaching Qualification essential

Conflict Management Qualification essential

Police/Military experience desired

Strong presentation skills with the ability to educate and engage diverse audiences.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clarity and diplomacy.
Familiarity with PowerPoint or similar e-learning development tools is an advantage.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday No weekends
Work Location: Remote
