Hodgson Group are expanding, and we're looking for a reliable, organised and proactive Office Administrator to support our busy construction division. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can confidently manage the day-to-day admin tasks that keep our projects across London and the surrounding areas running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Managing all incoming and outgoing construction emails
Following up with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and site teams
Sourcing materials, obtaining quotes and negotiating competitive prices
Booking building control inspections and maintaining compliance records
Supporting the wider business with general admin duties
Assisting the accounts team with admin support (invoices, PO logs, receipts etc.)
Tracking deliveries, updating spreadsheets and maintaining accurate project files
Liaising with site managers to ensure all documentation is kept up to date
What We're Looking For
Strong organisational and communication skills
Confident managing email inboxes and prioritising workload
Construction admin experience preferred but not essential
Good negotiation skills when dealing with suppliers
Basic accounts/admin knowledge beneficial
High attention to detail
Proactive approach and ability to work independently
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 24,420.00-27,418.68 per year
