Construction Administrator
to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and manage construction documentation, including:
Pre-construction information
On-site Health & Safety files
Post-construction O&M manuals
Produce professional documents (letters, reports, specifications, meeting minutes)
Manage, implements and oversee existing
ISO 9001 (Quality Management)
and
ISO 14001 (Environmental Management)
standards
Managing Construction Accreditation (CHAS, Constructionline, etc)
Manage spreadsheets and data in Excel
Handle emails, phone calls, and general correspondence
Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
Assist with bid processes and maintain company profiles and case studies
Provide general administrative support to the construction team
What We're Looking For
Knowledge of the construction sector (preferred, but training provided)
Experience with
ISO 9001 (Quality Management)
and
ISO 14001 (Environmental Management)
standards
Strong organisational and time management skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Discretion and confidentiality at all times
