We are offering you the following valued role in meeting the requirements of our clients.
To provide planning, provision and monitoring of commercial support and assurance to the Commercial, Installation, Production and Maintain Departments as part of the project delivery team.
Duties are to include but not exhaustive:
Administration duties to help with the smooth running of the Company.
To carry out the pricing and payment of site personnel timesheets and updating of project documentation to enable accurate monitoring of projects.
Liaising with employment agencies regarding staff hours and resource.
Raising of purchase orders for the various sites.
Dealing with any issues with our suppliers and maintaining good relationships
Compiling of O&M Information.
Provision of a full Document Control function - to include the monitoring of EDS systems (Viewpoint, A-Site, Aconex), updating of system files and reporting updates to the wider business.
The successful candidate will also need to have excellent IT skills and be fully conversant with MS Office.

Pay: 28,000.00-30,000.00 per year
