Adecco Warrington are recruiting for an excellent opportunity which has arisen for an experienced Construction Aftercare Manager to join a growing housing business in Birchwood, Warrington.

You will be working on post completion property\'s ensuring all defects are rectified within a professional and timely manner.

The role involves:

  • The operative will investigate and complete the rectification of (in house) defects, ensuring all work is carried out safely, on time, within budget and in accordance with design standards, specifications and company procedures
  • Uphold and communicate the values and culture of the brand
  • Position the company as the contractor of choice
  • Investigate and complete the rectification of work needed to conclude NHBC/LABC claims
  • Maintain / complete accurate and concise records of repairs on Clixifix.
  • To assist on various site where applicable
  • Carry out inspections where required and record programme of works with the customer care coordinators.
  • Update all works on Clixifix our defect management system Key Responsibilities Include: H&S and Procedural Compliance
  • To ensure work is carried out in compliance with the company Safety Policy, Risk and Method Statements and all relevant legislation
  • Ensure best practices are maintained throughout any works
  • Maintain site diary
  • Complete RAMS on the day of each property Management and Reports
  • Compile Health and safety records for each job task
  • Manage material order requests to procure materials
  • Understand stakeholders\' expectations post-handover
  • Allocate/attend to defect repairs efficiently and within targets set by customer care KPI
Qualifications and Experience:

The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of working in a customer related environment within a house building/construction industry. You should have a good knowledge of house building and NHBC standards . You will be highly organised, and have excellent communication skills, Must have your own tools. You will be proficient with IT (Microsoft packages and Clixifix.) A high attention to detail are skills you will possess, in addition to being self motivated, customer focused, target driven, positive and a team player you are able to work on your own and use your own initiative.
