Construction And Landscaping Contracts Manager
Job Description
Llwyn Landscapes Ltd are an expanding Landscaping Company in North Wales based in Colwyn Bay and working throughout North Wales and the North West of England.
This position will be for a contracts Manager to deal with the day to day running of the business and reporting directly to the directors.
The preferred candidate would need to have experience within the landscaping or groundworks industry and be personally driven.
Understand architect drawings & plans
Good knowledge of building & construction
Good understanding of Microsoft software
Civil Engineering background
Highly Organised
Ability to analyse data
Critical thinking skills
Good communication skills
Detail oriented
Technical abilities
Problem solving
Good initiative & logical thinking
Provide and Monitor Contract Programme
Liaise with Site management, Architects & Clients
Obtain Suppliers for Pricing and Contract Work
Ensure Site Health & Safety systems are in place and monitored
Assist with
Cost Management
The correct candidate would be required to attend site meetings with contractors and private customers.
The company has had strong growth over the last few years and will now be looking for further growth during the second phase of our planned growth strategy.
There will be a bonus scheme attached to the salary based on targets and future growth.
A company vehicle will be provided with this position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 45,000.00-55,000.00 per year
