We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Bookkeeper / Financial Assistant to support our finance team in managing operations related to scaffolding projects. This role involves assisting with budgeting, invoicing, and financial reporting to ensure smooth project commencement and execution.
Responsibilities
Assist in preparing project quotations.
Process invoices, payments, and expense reports accurately and timely.
Maintain organised records of all financial transactions related to construction projects
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations regarding financial documentation
Provide necessary documentation to accountants as required
Skills
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and vendors
Ability to analyse financial data and identify discrepancies or issues
Knowledge of construction industry financial practices is a big plus
Basic understanding of accounting principles and budgeting processes
On-job training will be provided. 2-3 times a week we would ask you to come to the office located in Kensington High Street, the rest you can work from home.
