Our expertise allows us to assist from the early stages of the build to completion ensuring an excellent finished result using traditional or contemporary installations of fully supported hard metal roofing and cladding systems using Zinc, Copper, Greencoat PLX, Aluminium & Lead.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have roofing and cladding experience and strong time management skills.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget

- Coordinate with site managers, clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met

- Plan & execute procurement for each project ensuring that materials/plant arrive on time and within budget. This includes managing supplier relationships.

- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise promptly

- Prepare and present project updates to staff

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site

- Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records

Experience:

- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role

- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage project teams

- Excellent time management abilities to meet project deadlines

Pay: 53,000.00-60,000.00 per year
