The Role

With a growing Project business, we are looking for ambitious and results driven Project Managers. This is a demanding yet rewarding position that is critical to the future growth of Farcroft. Key attributes include the ability to lead from the front with strong interpersonal skills, and a tenacity to achieve in an ever changing environment and get the most from both direct and indirect teams. Being able to manage multiple projects and resources you will need to be able to act on your initiative be decisive, and be able to work at pace. In return, you will be given the freedom to influence the direction and growth of this key part of the Business.

Exposure and experience of Health and Safety and being comfortable with IT will help you succeed along with effective communication skills both internally and externally with clients.
