About You




Are you an experienced construction professional ready to lead the delivery of high-profile residential projects? We are looking for a Construction Delivery Manager to drive the success of our Special Projects construction programmes and work closely with our trusted construction partners to ensure every project meets our high standards for safety, quality, cost control, and timely delivery. This role blends your deep construction knowledge with proactive management and collaborative leadership to help us exceed business objectives and delight customers.



We are seeking a proactive manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is meticulous with detail, and maintains an unwavering commitment to safety and workmanship. Your ability to balance strategic oversight with day-to-day site engagement will be key to project success.


With over 10 years of construction experience - including more than 5 years in senior site management or project delivery roles - you have a proven track record of delivering residential projects - ideally including Light Gauge Steel Frame construction - on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Your expertise spans cost management, contract administration, risk mitigation, and ensuring compliance with NHBC standards and Building Regulations.


As the central link between site teams, commercial partners, and internal departments, you will have experience in ensuring clear communication, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement throughout project lifecycles.

Your Impact




In this key role, you will provide expert construction delivery management, overseeing cost, risk, programme, and quality control to ensure projects run smoothly from early stage estimating through to successful handover. You will work closely with our trusted construction partner, Forge and Edge, to monitor progress, manage risks, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement.

What you will do

:

Lead the end-to-end delivery of our construction schemes, ensuring they meet agreed standards on safety, quality, cost, and timelines. Manage budgets, cost control, and change management, supporting accurate forecasting and risk mitigation. Oversee site operations, ensuring smooth programme delivery, robust risk management, and compliance with health & safety regulations. Build strong relationships with internal teams and external contractors to maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Regularly visit sites to monitor progress, quality, and safety, ensuring seamless handover to sales, marketing, and management teams.

Proven track record managing multiple residential construction projects with an emphasis on Light Gauge Steel Frames, cost control, contract administration, and programme scheduling.

Risk & Cost Management:

Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, managing variations, and mitigating risks with a commercial mindset.

Health & Safety Focus:

Strong commitment to maintaining and enforcing the highest safety standards on site.

Collaborative Communication:

Experienced at building positive relationships with internal teams, construction partners, subcontractors, and external stakeholders.

Organised & Proactive:

Able to juggle competing priorities, manage detailed site information, and consistently deliver projects on time and to budget.

Quality & Customer Focused:

Passionate about high construction standards, smooth handovers, and enhancing the customer experience.
