  • Annual salary of \xc2\xa340,000 (FTE)
  • Permanent role
  • Full-time (35 hours) part-time and flexible working patterns available
  • Liverpool city centre office base, hybrid working
The role

You will be responsible for delivering engaging and inspiring training programmes, to support individuals in achieving their full potential. You will preferably have had previous experience in delivering PMO or Multi-Skills learning.

As you will be delivering construction skills to apprentices, you should have experience and knowledge including joinery, painting & decorating, tiling, brickwork, plumbing and plastering, with demonstrable practical experience of multiple trades within the construction/maintenance sector. You should be confident in supporting PMO apprentices in achieving their End Point Assessment.

The right fit
  • You will have up to date knowledge and understanding of Domestic Property Maintenance or Multi Skills
  • You will have current qualifications and experience of working within the interior Construction trades or Property Maintenance sector
  • Experience of working with Apprentices
  • Enhanced DBS due to working with young people/vulnerable groups (or willing to obtain one)
  • Teaching or assessing qualifications and/or willing to obtain them
  • Qualified to Level 2 or above in Property Maintenance/Multi-Skills or a related Construction trade
  • English and Maths qualification to Level 2, or willing to obtain them
  • Able to or learn to develop schemes of work, lesson plans, and learning resources, to deliver to a group
  • Able to engage, motivate, and monitor learners to ensure that targets are met
  • Able to build effective working relationships with employers and partner organisations
  • Able to work online platforms to keep accurate, up-to-date records (support given)
