Industry: Property Maintenance

Location: Isle of Wight

Hours: Full time

Days: Monday - Friday plus out of hours on a rota basis

Duration: Permanent

Duties:

Supporting the Operations Manager in the delivery of mainly planned works in your delivery area, through the scheduling and management of a team of skilled trades people and subcontractors to include:

Empty Homes, Kitchens & Bathrooms, External Works, Grounds Maintenance and Garages.

Resource management, overseeing staff performance and materials control,

Ensuring works are carried out to health & safety quality standards, construction regulations, budgets and deadlines whilst delivering high levels of customer services and maintaining administrative systems.

Participating in out of hours duty management rota for property emergency and critical incidents.

Experience:

Must have previous experience within property maintenance or contract management and good knowledge of construction regulations and health & safety.

Must have previous experience of managing trade operatives.

Must have excellent customer service and communications skill and be able to work as part of a team.

Must be able to take ownership of and manage workload and budget effectively, using own initiative and decision making skills.

Must have a good level of computer literacy, full driver\xe2\x80\x99s licence and own transport.

Salary: \xc2\xa335-45,000 per annum plus \'out of hours\' premium and extensive benefits package
