Summary

We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Driving Labourer to join our construction team. The role involves supporting site operations through material handling, plant deliveries, and general site assistance.

Responsibilities

Driving to and from sites to collect and deliver materials, tools, and small plant equipment. Assist with various construction tasks on-site, including loading materials and preparing work areas. Ensuring company vehicles are maintained and kept presentable. Operate basic hand tools and machinery under supervision. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Support the team in completing renovation, repair, or roofing projects. Maintain a clean and organized worksite / Yard Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

Proven physical stamina and strength suitable for manual labour Must be 25 years or older (for company vehicle insurance purposes). Minimum 2 years' driving experience with a full UK driving licence. Ability to operate basic construction tools and equipment. Good communication skills and ability to work within a team. Prior experience in construction or roofing is advantageous but not mandatory. Good communication and a can-do attitude. Willingness to learn and adapt on-site.

Working Hours

Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm ( various locations )

Saturdays - available dependant on work load but not compulsory

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to 140.00 per day
