Job Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking self employed Construction Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to high standards. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Duties



Assist skilled tradespeople with their tasks. Prepare construction sites by cleaning and removing debris. Load and unload materials and equipment from lorries. Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Follow instructions from supervisors to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Maintain a clean and organised work environment throughout the project duration.

Requirements



Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not essential. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy materials (up to 25 kg). Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is advantageous. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed. Valid driver's licence is required. Over 25 due to vehicle insurance requirements.

Pay: 14.80-15.85 per hour
