Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Self Employed Construction Laborer to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will assist with various tasks on site at either peoples homes or on construction sites, ensuring the smooth operation of projects. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work well in a team as well as on your own.

You will require your own transport and your own hand tools, be semi skilled with a basic knowledge of groundworks with the ability to forward think and plan.

Work will be in a 40 mile radius of York.

Desirable: Plant tickets but not essential

References will be required

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of projects
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Operate hand and power tools as directed
- Dig trenches, pour concrete, and assist with other general construction tasks
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Construction Laborer or similar role is preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 120.00 per day
