Having become a well-established name in construction, we have been successful and been awarded new contracts. We are now seeking labourers to support our addiotnal sites.

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively with others on-site.

Responsibilities

Assist skilled tradespeople in construction activities including but not limited to carpentry, masonry, and plumbing tasks. Prepare and maintain a clear and safe construction site by removing debris and hazardous materials. Load and unload materials and equipment from vehicles. Operate basic hand tools and power tools. Follow health & safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all team members. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of tools and equipment on-site. Report any safety hazards or incidents to the site supervisor immediately.

Essential

Ability to perform physical tasks for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects (up to 25 kg for men and 16 kg for women). Knowledge of construction methods and practices is advantageous. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Punctual, dependable and committed Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Pay: 12.31-14.18 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 41.5 per week
