We are seeking a

Construction Manager

to lead the delivery of Cementation Skanska Extended Offerings across multiple sectors and projects UK-wide. You will provide leadership to a team of engineers, supervisors, and supply chain partners to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards. This role will coordinate with delivery teams and stakeholders, manage design queries, oversee supply chain performance, and ensure successful project handover.

This role is a 12 month fixed term contract.



What you'll do



Lead and manage your team to deliver construction projects safely and efficiently Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to plan and execute works within project constraints Monitor and report on cost, programme, and quality performance to senior management Review subcontract scopes and oversee commercial aspects of subcontract packages Drive continuous improvement, safety, quality, and sustainability initiatives on site

What you'll bring to the role:



Experienced Construction Manager with proven site leadership on similar projects Be in possession of a current Managers CSCS card and other relevant qualifications including SMSTS Strong knowledge of construction contracts (preferably ECC NEC4), engineering principles, and construction methodologies Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Digitally competent with MS Office 365 and site digital tools Committed to health & safety and environmental best practice
