Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experiencedGroundwork Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of construction processes, and a keen eye for detail. This role requires effective communication with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and delivery. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project specifications are met. Develop project schedules and ensure adherence to timelines. Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for construction. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Address any issues or delays that arise during the construction process promptly. Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and reports. Foster a collaborative environment among team members and subcontractors to promote efficiency and productivity. Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with electrical standards where applicable.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Construction Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams effectively. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Familiarity with electrical systems is highly desirable. Relevant qualifications in construction management or engineering will be an advantage.
