Overview


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, with particular expertise in electrical systems. This role requires excellent leadership abilities, effective communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results while adhering to safety standards and project timelines.

Responsibilities



Plan, coordinate, and supervise all construction activities on-site. Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Managing procurement Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process. Maintain accurate documentation of project progress, changes, and communications. Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. Provide leadership and guidance to the construction team, fostering a positive work environment. Prepare RAMS

Requirements



Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations. Familiarity with electrical systems is highly desirable. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams effectively. Proficient in using construction management software and tools. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Relevant qualifications in construction management or engineering are preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 42,000.00 per year

Schedule:

Monday to Friday Weekend availability
