About the Role



As a Construction Manager / Project Manager, you'll lead the successful delivery of major projects in sectors such as Build to Rent (BTR), student accommodation, and education. Your expertise will ensure quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction, while driving innovation and best practices on-site. We're looking for someone based in Northern Ireland who's comfortable travelling to Bristol weekly.



Key Responsibilities



? Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely and budget-conscious completion.

? Manage stakeholder relationships, keeping clients and teams aligned.

? Develop & implement project plans, schedules, and resource strategies.

? Monitor progress, identify risks, and mitigate issues proactively.

? Promote safety, quality, and innovation, ensuring compliance with regulations.

? Lead & motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.

? Manage contract costs, ensuring financial efficiency.

? Represent GRAHAM positively, promoting our brand wherever possible.



What We're Looking For



? Proven Project Management experience in construction.

? Expertise in Build to Rent (BTR), student accommodation, or education projects.

? Strong knowledge of construction methodologies & best practices.

? Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

? Ability to solve problems proactively and drive innovation.

? Proficiency in project management tools.

? Relevant degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
? Must be willing to travel to site five days per week.
