Their integrated approach connects capital, strategy, and execution, with a strong focus on residential and mixed-use developments.ABOUT THE ROLEAbout the RoleOur client is currently seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead the delivery of a major xc2xa370 million, 400-unit residential-led scheme over a 3-year programme. The development will consist of high-rise RC frame blocks, utilizing high-performance concrete and uni-size cladding systems. The Construction Manager will oversee all on-site activities, ensuring that the project is delivered safely, on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a flagship opportunity with real impact in shaping a complex, high-profile build.REQUIREMENTSKey Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate all site activities for the full lifecycle of the project
  • Lead delivery of reinforced concrete frame and groundworks packages
  • Ensure compliance with programme timelines, health & safety standards, and quality benchmarks
  • Collaborate with design, procurement, and commercial teams to streamline delivery
  • Track and report on project progress, risks, and costs using digital tools
  • Engage with key stakeholders including consultants, contractors, and local authorities
About YouWe are looking for a confident and experienced construction professional with:
  • A successful track record delivering large-scale, multi-unit residential or mixed-use projects (xc2xa350m+)
  • Strong technical knowledge of reinforced concrete frame construction and complex groundworks
  • Familiarity with high-performance concrete applications and cladding systems
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • A proactive approach to risk management, cost control, and scheduling
  • Relevant certifications in construction management and health & safety
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment
