Rate: 300 per day (Subcontract Basis)

The Opportunity:

We're looking for an experienced

Construction Project Manager

to join our team on a

subcontract basis

, with the option to move into a

permanent (cards in)

role if the fit is right. You'll be responsible for managing multiple commercial projects, ensuring they're delivered to the highest standards.

While most of our work is in the

North West

, we also deliver projects

across the UK

, including as far south as London and as far north as the Shetland Islands.

Travel will be required

when necessary.

What You'll Do:

Manage multiple commercial projects from pre-start through to completion Coordinate with site teams, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers Produce and manage

job-specific RAMS

Develop and maintain project programmes using

Microsoft Project

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to our quality standards Maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients Monitor site progress and troubleshoot issues as they arise

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in commercial project management (ideally 5+ years) Ability to produce detailed RAMS and work proactively on H&S matters Competent in using

Microsoft Project

Strong communication and organisational skills A hands-on, solutions-focused approach Willingness to travel and manage projects nationwide when required Full UK driving licence and own transport
