About the Role

We are seeking

Local Build Partners

- Construction Project Managers who are ready to take the next step in their careers and

run their own building operation

You will be responsible for

delivering residential extension and loft conversion projects end to end

, managing all trades and site teams, maintaining exceptional quality, and ensuring timely delivery. If you're a seasoned project manager or small contractor with the right experience and ambition to grow a business, this is a unique opportunity to partner and scale with Hutch.

Responsibilities

Oversee the full lifecycle of residential renovation projects (mainly extensions & loft conversions) Lead and coordinate on-site teams, subcontractors, and tradespeople Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards Work closely with Hutch's internal design, planning, and customer service teams Manage site logistics, procurement, and health & safety compliance Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the project Handle snagging, handover, and aftercare phases with professionalism Help scope, price, and plan new projects alongside Hutch's sales and estimation team
Requirements

5+ years of experience

managing home extension and loft conversion projects in the UK Proven ability to deliver projects from start to finish Strong local network of reliable subcontractors and tradespeople Excellent organisational, leadership, and problem-solving skills Knowledge of UK building regulations, planning permissions, and H&S standards Comfortable using project management software (training provided for Hutch platform) Own vehicle, tools, and basic site equipment Eligible to work in the UK with appropriate insurances in place
