We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage fire & security upgrades to a project in Portsmouth
Responsibilities
Lead and manage whilst ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary to address any issues that arise.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards at all times on-site.
Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality and adherence to specifications.
Manage procurement processes for materials and equipment required for the project.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry.
Valid SMSTS
Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive performance.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with an aptitude for building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
