About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and committed labourer to join our team. The role covers both indoor and outdoor work on a variety of sites, generally within a 30-minute drive of Kettering.

Key Responsibilities

General site labouring Loading and unloading materials Assisting trades on site Labouring for a bricklayer, including mixing mortar, loading out and keeping the work area organised Supporting groundwork activities Keeping sites clean and tidy Carrying out a wide range of construction-related tasks across housing, school and healthcare projects

Requirements

Previous construction site experience (required) Experience or confidence labouring for a bricklayer Basic groundwork knowledge beneficial Ability to travel to the office in Kettering each day Good communication skills Reliable, punctual and willing to get involved Able to work well as part of a team Ideally holds a full, clean UK driving licence

About You

You'll bring a positive, practical attitude and be comfortable turning your hand to a variety of tasks. The role suits someone who can follow instructions, support trades efficiently, and contribute to the smooth running of busy sites.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.80-13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 41.25 per week
